Day 24 and one egg left

Hello I’m new to hatching chicks (my 1st time ever) I received 3 Easter egger eggs from someone , 3 barred rock, 3 australorp eggs from another person. The 3 barred rock & 3 australorp all hatched day 20-21. Of the 3 EE, 2 failed to develop early (day 7-14) the last one looked promising, but never had movement that I could see during candling. The shell is hard to see through. Now day 24 and nothing still, I did try the float test yesterday evening and it floated about 10% above water with 90% under vertically in the water, but no movement was seen. From what I read the way it floated it is viable. I’m not sure why the next step should be. I don’t want to toss a live baby, but I also don’t know what else to do. I’m reading so many different things and not sure which is right or best.

I did assist opening and it was dead

I’m very sorry about your chick. Unfortunately these things sometime happen and is the down side of hatching
