It is not as big as the other air cell at all. And the Bator got unplugged by accident this morning after the baby already did an internal pip would that make a difference in this case or no?

Okay so we are at 16 hrs with just internal pip what should i do?

It won't hurt to go ahead with a tiny safe hole. If you've never done one, I'd suggest practicing on an egg you can eat or trash. You want just the tiniest hole possible.
I found this little drill bit in my dremel kit, works great. Some even use a screw (just the tip, of course). I've scratched the surface with a knife, then pierce it with a straight pin. Find what works for you.

See the hole between my thumb and finger? That's all you need.

Thank you, I have done a few before with my duck eggs useing a sharp stake knife and gently using a screwing type motion while I pushed ever so slightly to make a little hole but never a silkie egg.
