If you can't candle, then I'd wait a couple more days! I've read so many stories of eggs hatching on day 24 or 25.

Wait till at least 25 days. I did eggotomy to soon and lost several babies but on day 25 had 7 hatch out only two survived.I think the weather fluctuation and me being a newbie had lots to do with it. I am on my second batch of banthams and going right by the book. Good luck!!

I would wait a couple more days. I have had some to hatch on day 23 before. What was the fluctuation in temperature ranges?

i think 2 eggs might hatch. its an educated guess, but i'm not sure:

when i first set them, the eggs sides (pointy and blunt sides) where equal height on both sides, 2 eggs now have the blunt side up, they're like sitting up, and the other 2 remain like they were set, does that mean the chick inside is about to pip?
