Its probably been too long at this point, if any bacteria got in its done for.....

I'll try candle that one - either later tonight when i turn the eggs, or on Sunday.

I'm just THRILLED that all they waiting around they did, and they are STILL progressing so nicely! I'm amazed really!

You could do that you know!!! Then you would probebly have a record for number of posts!!! I'll help keep you distracted if I can!!!

Look----- something SHINY!!!

Post as often as you like! It is the coolest thing in the world to look inside an egg and see something growing. Well a sonogram of a human baby might be slightly cooler lol! I had one I was helping actually hatch in the towel in my hands today. I'm still smiling! I've told everyone I know about my new chicks. They think I'm weird. I came back here.

The other day I went to the USER LIST, clicked to select MEMBERS and then by post number - I was kinda shocked to see how close I was to the top.... (that is excluding the mods) and if I added posts of CHELLY's well ...

Took a few pic's - finished candling all the eggs when I did the turn and added water.

Only one egg is clear. (didn't take a picture of it)

The above pic is actually the egg that I "think" has a crack in it.

Nice settings to get clear pics, just gotta get stabilization there. I find the key to do it with digi's without image stabilization is to set the camera on a box or tripod if you have one.

We hate taking pics in the dark, and are a little clueless to it all - we do have to hold the camera very very still for a few seconds after the CLICK and then it will make another click noise and its done.... shutter speed or something.
A tripod is a great idea!!! We do have one!
