Day 6 candling

Day 22 and the chicken egg had not hatched.... how long should I leave it.... I can't see movement no internal pipping... I can still see some of the viens.... how long she it be left in the incubator??

are you using a calibrated thermometer? If there's veins, leave her, veins mean life, but they could be breaking down. She doesnt sound quite ready. Are you sure theres no movement when candling?

SO CANDLED again... no growth no movement... I am pretty sure the chick didn't make it ....

can you get a photo/video of candling? Did you try the float test?

No movement... I have the magic fly incubator..... and a extra one in side.... I am pretty sure there is still yolk in there but I can see the chick full formed....?? I guess not fully formed bc some of the egg still lights up??

sunk??? That isn't what you're looking for. It should float, any egg that old should float, unless humidity is perhaps far too high. You're looking for movement in the water

could you get a photo of it being candled? I'm interested to see what's going on with it. Is the thermometer calibrated?
