Day 8 looks like day 3

Well, it's day 8 and I just candled my silkie eggs and they look like day 3 on the chart. Uggghhh, what am I doing wrong? This is the 5th time I've tried to incubate eggs. I've tried a variety of different eggs. Why can't I do this?

Can you post a picture? Things such as lower temperatures can cause a delay in development

Well if they are clearly still alive then they are probably fine. You have to have a very strong light to get a good look at a developing chick and it can be hard to identify how far along it is in development. Try to post a picture if you can.

Temp has been holding at 99-100 and humidity is between 35-45 ambient humidity, no water in incubator. Day 8, same egg different side
