Day old chick attacked by other hens and can't see

Thankfully the chick has been doing really well, can see perfectly and eats normally. I apply the Neosporin everyday which keeps his wounds from staying dry. His feathers are a little wet and scruffy from the Neosporin which will go away once it grows

Yes, you can use it if you don't have Terramycin.
Just clean/flush the eye well with saline and remove any pus, then apply the ointment.

Oh wow you got lucky.
I had a rooster that got into fights and lost both of his eyes. he couldn’t see at all, maybe light and shadows but not enough to know where he was going. He kept getting lost in the forest and couldn’t find food and water and we had to put him down. It was my fabourite pet chicken. :0(
