Day old chick with slipped tendon or twisted femur?

The bone growing is making the legs worse. The chick is only getting food and water because I'm force feeding him.
Should I just put him down? I really don't want to deal with this when he's a bigger cockerel. He also doesn't open his eyes anymore.

I would likely put him down. He can't walk, eat or drink on his own and you say his eyes are closed now. It seems he may be shutting down. I don't know if he is in pain but I would be worried about that, living in pain sucks. In your pictures to me he does look miserable.

I'll have my dad put him down later today. I believe he is in pain all he does is frantically flail and when I pick him up to feed him he screams.

I agree with putting him down, as he sounds as if he is suffering. It is good to give them a chance at surviving for a couple of days, but after that I will usually put a chick down if it appears they are not going to learn to walk, or are suffering. So sorry, but you are doing the correct thing. It is always hard, but not letting them suffer is an important part of owning animals.
