Not if your quickly taking them out. They produce a lot of humidity as they hatch too.

No, they will be fine.Thank you for the info, will opening the incubator within this time frame make my other "almost" hatching eggs bad.
I checked the temp and it was off by 2 degrees...lower than what incubator screen said. I haven't had a chance to check the humidity. After doing a little reading last night I think it is low also. So I added water this morning and adjusted the temp. I am so disappointed that it didnt work as planned for these eggsHello..How are things today?

So the humidity is definitely higher.. there is moisture in the incubator. The heat is where it should be.... but is it too late for these 6 left? When do I give up on them
I saw air cells last night. But at this point I have admit I have no clue what I am doing!Not necessarily too late! I assume you don't see any external pips?
I would suggest candling them, look for the air cell to have drawn down -- kinda shifted and changed shape. Like this:
