Days old chick lethargic and not eating

I went to meet my uncle's new chicks this morning (he got them last night) and found one dead, and one that looked dead. When I went to remove them, I noticed that one was still alive. It's in quarantine now! It hardly opens it's eyes and almost never moves. I cleared it's vent and put sav-a-chick in a dish and have to keep dipping it's beak to get it to drink. Getting it to eat is totally futile at the moment.

Any ideas of what this could be? And what are the chances?

I just went through raising chicks a few months ago and never had to deal with anything like this
