Honestly I think Bert is sick. Maybe an infection of some kind. He just doesn’t look like he is feeling good.

He eats alot, And he runs better than walks

When he walks he falls back on his heals and kinda "Teater Tauters" back and fourth. Walks like a drunk toddler

Hes been bad on his legs since 3 days old

J. . is there any possible way you can take him to the vet? I'm just really concerned he might have the same thing your girl did.
Whatever it is it might be contagious.
The leg thing may be a different issue from the eye issue and general health. I'm thinking If he was niacin deficient when growing, he may not have developed right.

You have been giving him some form of niacin right? Or was it a bcomplex.

You said you were familiar with fish antibiotics. Might be a good idea to get some the equivalent to Baytril and start that ASAP. @casportpony can most likely help you with that.

Bcomplex with niacin and the bird vitamin i picked uo has niacin

I will look for antibiotics

I did read this one is pretty close to Baytril though.
