I dont wanna lose him. i held him up to food and water and he ate and drank alot but his walking is way worse
 
I may have an idea. If it is possibly neurological, I'd try giving him a high fat treat of some sort as a supplement. Brains are made primarily of fat, so if there are issues such as seizures the brain is helped a great deal when it gets more fats.

Iam willing to try anything! What kinds of fats do you think
 
Full disclosure; my idea comes from being the mother of a kid with epilepsy. Fats are what help humans with neurological issues. The Ketogenic diet is extremely high fat, and has been effective in controlling seizure for those that aren't assisted by medication. The fad "keto" diet is absolutely not the same thing, and the diet has to be followed to the letter to assist. So if I were in your position, I'd feed high protein and fat and try to see if it helps. Obviously you are dealing with a duck rather than human; but a brain is a brain is a brain.
