‘ You can eat, I’m not too hungry.’ Lavender lied. She was really hungry, but she didn’t want to act selfish. Zelda had pups, and she did most of the work. She deserved the deer.

"Please. Do you think I can eat all of this? EAT IT." Zelda demanded

Lavender folded her ears back. She looked down at her paws in shame. She didn’t know what she did wrong, but she obviously did something.

"Come now, there's no use being dramatic. I caught a deer for you to eat, so can you please eat it?"

‘ You eat. I’m not eating.’ Lavender said, still looking down at her paws.

Zelda sighed. "Please, Lavender? I'll feel awful if you don't."

Lavender shook her head. ‘ I think it’s time for me to get going, I’m sorry.’ She said quietly as she walked towards the forest.

Zelda bit back a growl. She had caught a deer for Lavender to eat, and she was going to eat it. Ripping off a piece of the meat, she shoved it down Lavender's throat. "Sorry, but I'm a little stubborn. Do you want me to use all my energy to catch something for you, and then you don't eat it? If you ask me, that's pretty rude, as I used the little energy I had leftover from taking care of the pups."
