In death the body relaxes so possibly his Penis came outside his body as a natural part of dying. Was he having problems before the death?

He had bumble foot for awhile but he had seen multiple vets had x-rays and everything and after a couple months of treatment he had seemed to get better , but I am really hoping that is the case cause the only other thing I can find about it is the duck plaque so now I’m worried for my other ducks he was with

Seriously he possibly died from infection or if too fat, liver and kidney failure.

He was only about 8 months and I don’t believe he was over weight but I’m not sure but he was a jumbo pekin I believe so he was a pretty large duck

But he was on very strong antibiotics for a couple months with an anti inflammatory so I’m guessing that could have hurt his liver and kidneys

Definitely so don't worry about the others. Change feed and management. See if that helps the living.
