Hello everyone I am currently freaking out because I had nine Muscovys duck eggs and this is my only surviving one so I candled my Muscovy egg it’s on day 31 and I seen shadowing few days ago but now I see a shadow but nothings moving at all it just went dead silent in the egg and the egg is not rocking at all like they usually do so is it dead.

Just because you don’t see movement does not mean that it’s dead. The thing is that when it gets that close to hatching time it’s so packed tight full in the egg that it can’t barely move anyway.

I also wanted to ask this was in the egg just three days ago and ever since then it disappeared and the baby stopped moving
