Deadly Chicks

I'd be more worried the kids would think they were "Peeps" and try to bite their heads off!

One of the primary reasons I don't have kids is that they are walking, snotting, coughing, toutch everything disease baggs.

Wow. The power of hand washing. You wouldn't let little ones put their hands in their mouth after taking a poo. All that E. coli. But baby chicks are dangerous?? Wash your hands - geez.

Hey, I live in Northern California, and just want to let people know that THEY SHOULDN'T COME HERE! Seriously, pneumonic plague, the airborne version of bubonic plague is endemic in the dust. And then there are places that have *Valley Fever* in the dust. So they especially shouldn't come in the summer, when there's dust. But a rabid bat might still get them. Or maybe it will be a squirrel with fleas carrying the bubonic version of plague. All over some counties, you know. So all you folks who might come to California, and possibly even contemplate living here, STAY AWAY! For the sake of your children!

I'm waiting for the bird flu scare to have people going nuts over poultry. After all, it's those Evil Chickens that have bird flu. I'm surprised they aren't targeting them as a potential source for West Nile...
