Dealing with Neighbor Dog Suggestions

The dog owner has the full responsibility under the law in the US, to contain and control his animal, no matter how much "fun" the dog's having.

animal, your comment was uncalled for.

I sugest, if your problem doesn't clear up. Hiding near the trash can with a squirt gun and some water balloons.

Walk into the neighbors yard and start tossing spilled the trash all around.

When they get upset, simply tell them that you are doing to them what they allow their dog to do to you. Tell them that the practice of dumping every bit of spilled trash caused by their dog back into their yard will continue until the animal is properly controlled.

Sometimes the only way to deal with an *** is to be a bigger ***.

Don't create a NFH situation. Roamers disappear. Make the problem disappear without complaining to them.People know letting their animals roam is wrong.

The problem has been solved, Animal Control talked to the people (I'm assuming) and the dogs are now tied up to their *new* dog houses. :yesss: In the last 3 weeks the dogs only got out once, this is a huge improvment from them getting into the trash every other day. I feel better keeping a decent relationship with our neighbors. My thought always has been if the house burns up or something they will be the ones to be able to act the fastest. They probably didn't even know it was us that called them in because the dogs have been causing trouble up and down the street.
