I wish I could help you with the bugs, but all I have to offer is a wildcard of who knows what colors 🤣 I'll have some non-suprising birds soon, but just blue, black, and splash.

Look at Norman! He's so sweet, and we are all anxious for this new coop to be done so they can move out 🤣 I can send you Norman eggies this fall ❤ I'll have splash pullets so if you want 100% blues, heck yeah! Lol.

Do you have some ladies? JetPack has plenty of gas left in the tank 🤣

I wasn't sure what to expect as far as viability, I've read about eggs not developing because the cockerel is young, like 8 to 10 months old, not my boys, 5 1/5 months old they were good to go! :lau shoot, and Chonkers had an even bigger mountain to climb, he's in with full sized layers and still somehow got the job done. Not sure how, every time I see him try the hens get away, one was literally running with him standing on her back until he fell off, the poor guy.

I have several boys from that hatch that seem to have a ton of testosterone, I'm wonding if my more proper SOP silkies will be the same? Take Norman for example, he is now 18 to 20 weeks old and I don't think he's noticed the ladies at all yet. I do have a 16 wk old cockerel that is definitely feeling his oats, but again, he's not as SOP compliant as Norman.
The late great, Doris, who was my current big boy's father, had over 25 hens to service one year. 100% of the eggs hatched that year- 34 chicks between 4 hens!!! He ate a lot of Flax the next year!
