December 2021 Hatch-A-Long

She was so broody, she sat on a ball on my couch this evening…… She is back out in a nice warm, clean egg box. But I do plan to move her.

Can I join in? My Bantam Cochin X RIR X Standard buff Brahma Pullet got three random eggs put under her. (No ideas which hens they came from ). They should be due January 8th 2022.

I slipped one of my Bantam Cochin eggs under her too (four eggs in total). It either came from a Red bantam Cochin hen or a white one. Guilt.

I don’t have egg pictures yet, but the three standard eggs are three shades of brown, and the Bantam egg is a light cream.

I am hatching 4 barn yard hatches and 11 serama eggs lock down in 2 day will have chicks this weekend. It's my 6th hatch for 2021 or ever . Super excited for these little babies.
