Came home to some over achievers. I hope this isn't a silly question but do you absolutely have to take the egg turner out of the incubator. This is my first time using this model and the hubby wanted to keep it in to keep the chicks from knocking each other over but I'm on the fence.

You can leave it in as long as it isn't still turning the eggs.
 
My hubby said this first little baby looked smug atop its unhatched siblings. Im trying to resist the urge to hover over the incubator and watch some of the others hatch.View attachment 2458085
It does look smug!😂
No reason to resist that urge! Watching them hatch is the best thing ever!
