I suppose my french black copper marans roo could be the one, though I doubt it......he's so much bigger and doesn't bother with the silkies at all. I have 1 mille fluer D'uccle roo, 2 splash polish and the rest are silkies.

Popped the new fuzzies into the broody-box and took a few pictures & left a couple of questionable eggs in the bator for a little more extra time
That lonely wooden box just got a lot more intersting with 14 new residents
This was my first time hatching and the first ones out pipped a day early and upside down which scared me, as everything is completely new, they took 24 hours to wriggle themselves free, after reading everything about not bieng nosey, I'd stapled my hands to the floor and was rewarded with my first lovely bantams.
One came out of the shell bleeding quite badly in the night, I was going to just watch, wait and hope, but the clock ticked by and the bleeding niether stopped nor did the chick stop connonballing around the incubator, and I wasnt able to watch it any longer. After a quick read of the forums it got a good powdering of flour to the bum to halt the blood, it was a bit unceremonious but it seemed to do the trick, I'm just keeping a close eye on that one.
