The alcohol should evaporate pretty quickly, an hour or so should be plenty for 90% alcohol. 50/50 would take a little longer, only because it contains more water.

I use vinegar, though have never been in a position where I thought the bator was exposed to anything to concerning. I try to keep it as egg safe as possible, though I would probably use Lysol if I thought it was exposed to a disease.

I got the incubators all clean and just turned them on to run for a little bit. I noticed a disgusting smell coming for them. Why?

Should be just burn off from cleaning. But if you start smelling burnt plastic or electrical turn them off and unplug.
