Anyone ever deep fry one of your meaties in one of those turkey fryers? If so, How long do you fry it?

I have not done chickens but many turkeys. Time is about 4 - 5 minutes per lb at a temp of 325 - 350. But to be sure to fry outside in a well ventilated area.
