Deep litter method in shed coop/poop boards?

I don't notice a difference in odor at all than when I used Sweet PDZ. The stuff looks like cat litter.

When you used granular DE?
Where did you get it...can you post a link?

It's just Stall Dry. And it's got calcium bentonite in it too. Probably what gives it the cat litter appearance.

Yeah, I was surprised by the price of PDZ the last time I got it. Then my TSC didn't have any for quite awhile. When they got it back in, I got two bags and didn't really think about the price. SMH.

I have to travel to get PDZ, 2+ hours each way so better part of a day round trip.

I buy in bulk - last trip (2 weeks ago) I bought 16 bags @ $14.99 to do it once-a-year.
