Augustine carefully walked down the spiraling staircase with a hand clutching a neatly packaged letter and the other holding her skirts up over her shoes. She went out the front door, and after being greeted by the knights a man on horseback who spotted the note in her hand quickly approached her. "Afternoon, your Majesty. I see you have a letter, for who, may I ask?" questioned the messenger.
"For Ferdinand Rosseau, Lord of Danc," she replied, handing him the letter.
"Ah, him. A man on horseback came here a little while ago, to tell us of his coming. He should be here in an hour or so, so there's no need to send it."
"B-but, why? Why is he coming here without little notice?" asked the clearly confused Augustine.
There was a short pause. "Because, he wanted to congratulate you on your coronation."
"I, I see then," she quickly replied. "Once he comes, tell him to meet me in the Queen's quarters."
"Yes, your Majesty," said the man obediently, as Augustine headed off. "Jessica!" she called, rushing towards her.
