I gave them ACV from day 1, they were almost 2 weeks? when I found a worm in the litter. They are 10 weeks today.
I did the same with our first girls and they are a year older than these babies. Never stopped with the acv in the water. I have straight up water in nipple waterers so they can decide which they want, I have to refill acv water ALL the time.

A worm from a 2 weeks old chick is not possible. It takes 30 days for a large roundworm to mature, and chicks raised on soil. The only time worms are excreted is when one dies of old age or there's an overload in the digestive tract and is excreted. Most likely you saw tubular shaped intestinal lining that was excreted.
ACV will not treat nor prevent worms. Been there, done that many years ago.
