Delaware: Pullet of Cockerel?

Hello everyone! I'm new to keeping chickens. I bought six birds for my little flock and I have two that I now think are cockerels. This is the Delaware, I think it's a cockerel, but reading other threads, I'm not sure.
What is the community's opinion?

Thank you! As the feathers develop more and more I think it's a rooster.

Around 4 months old. It was hatched in March.

I've been thinking for quite some time it is a cockerel. I waited for more plumage to develop before asking to make the determination more sure. He is my most social bird. He hangs out with me a lot. Shame because I'll have to find a new home for him. I'm in a small city and don't want my neighbors to hate me.
