Delaware Roo???

Have two, four week old Delaware chicks that are supposed to be pullets. One is spotted all over (not just the "smut" between the shoulders) and a bit larger than the other mostly white bird. What do you think? Is the bird in the bottom photos a roo or not?

Glad you joined us! It's a bit hard to tell this young, but they looks like they may be hatchery quality Delawares. And yes, the bird in the bottom may very well be a cockerel with those little red wattles already coming in.
