No there are four more. I'd just placed them strategically in the incu and missed them since they were separated from the fourteen.

I have them with 14 CRocks in the incu that is missing one row for eggs. So the four are separate. I will check them later.

I was concerned I'd left them in the bubble wrap in the box. The mind is a terrible things to waste.

My first hatch of any numbers finished up last night. Already had 8 PapaDel x 3 original F'4 Hens from Kathy on the ground. Latest hatch, 6 PapaDel x Hens, and 9 PapaDel x 4 F'5 Pullets from last years breedings. Next weekends hatch is a little larger............. My apartment is humming and peeping

My computer is in the shop so using Hubby's ultrabook, can't post cute chick pics at the moment.

Anyone have a growth weight chart for Delaware chicks.

I weighed my 1 week old yesterday she was 40 grams. She is in with some buff orps that are 3-5 days older and they ranged from 50g to 68g

Ill weigh again on Wed. but it would be nice to have some comparisons.

Would imagine quite a bit lower actually as energy and water are consumed and no additional resources are available until after hatch.
