GinB = Gorgeous! I have to get a couple more lights on Friday, but the rest cut and sewed, now need to press, trim tails this week in between work and what not...I think I am going to expand and make a queen-sized some how...I want this on my bed (not saying we are still over 90 this week and heading for 100 again

)...I am so ready for fall to get out with the girls and do the garbage pickup in the yard with a new house, get winter garden plotted out, though hubby did finish the chicken and turkey enclosure yesterday after turkeys walking a block wall fence with the neighbor's hot wire 4 inches below and 2 dogs...sheesh, then he agreed to adding on another 16 feet

Thanks! I too kept all my fabrics for this in a seperate pile, toying with sewing nine blocks together turning on point and then going from there.......won't know till we get them all...this is getting so exciting, can't wait for all the blocks!! Gonna be so pretty!

I will be done with mine next week. We have Confirmation this week, so I had to concentrate on the house and cooking and getting ready for visiting relatives. The fun stuff has to wait. For me quilting is like picking up a good book to read; once you start you don't stop till you're done (no matter if is 3:00 am). Everyone's blocks look just beautiful - can't wait to get them all and put them together.

I'm slowly finishing sewing on the old treadle so mine will be finished just like in the Depression Era. I can't decide on a new machine that is in my budget this month so I am going to wait. I really think I should just get a Bernina when I find the right used one.
