Oh yeah....before I asked my nurse friend to help out...I did find a vet that would see her.  My concern was that it was about a 40 minute drive and I wasn't sure if that would have stressed her or not.  It was a $70 office visit, then a charge for the procedure (which they couldn't quote me for until they saw her), and if need be, euthanization would have been around $100.  After watching draining videos on you tube over and over....I mentioned it to the nurse and asked if she would try to help. I told her I was so afraid of hurting Lovie, that if she could hsow me how to use the needle, I would try myself (because the appointment wasn't until Saturday! I didn't think Lovie had that much time.....) So I went to tractor supply and bought a 60ml syringe and needles for it.  I just cant describe enough how amazing that little bit of poking turned out to be!!

 I'm hoping to get a picture of her up.  I should have done a before and after, but was so focused on helping her I didn't think about it.....words cant describe the difference in her !
