Desperatly Need Help- Lash Egg Stuck to Vent

Is it soft or hard? Does she seem lethargic or still lively?

She is very lively! If I would let her out she would be perfectly happy!
Its hard, the big piece is solid...hard and the bit attached to her inside is soft.

That's good that she's still acting normal! You're doing everything right..the lubricant should be loosening it...If you have it you can just give her oyster shell for calcium, too. Soaking in warm water should help loosen it as well, like you were doing, but you also don't want to stress her out too much if she doesn't like it. Has she tried laying, or does she try to push it out?

She is not a fan of soaking, I gave her a break yesterday. Every time we try she breathes heavy and tries to fly out every couple of minutes. Blow drying her calms her but def not the soak.
I have oyster, I will put that in her crate to snack on.
The part that's 'stuck" is only visible if you pull it out of her vent, I usually scoop my finger in her vent (for lack of better words) to get it to pop out and see the end. It works when she is soaking, not so easy when she is standing. The whole thing, from inside to end is a few inches long.
She is in very little light since I didn't know if laying would hurt her. She laid Friday last week and I found this on Sunday.
If I pull on it, a little comes out and then she strains to try and push more out. The other day she did that, whined a bit and stopped. I am guessing it hurt her so I put some meds on her and left her alone for a bit.

When you put the lubricant in her vent, maybe try lubing the area where it's still attached and try working it back and forth a little bit a couple times each day. Maybe not pull on it if it seems to hurt her, but just try and get the oil in between where it's stuck. Hopefully then it will work it away from her insides. Even (sorry this is all gross) massaging the attached part to get it off.

I just got better pics of where it’s attached. First pic is how it normally looks then the 2nd and 3rd is what it looks like when the end comes out. It comes out if she pushes or I manipulate it. See arrow

It's really hard to tell what that is - if that is only visible if you pull it out of her vent, I have to wonder if you are pulling out the shell gland/uterus or vagina that has a lash egg in it possibly it's inverted?
Does the outer layer look/feel like tissue?

Yes it looks like that! It’s more red but I’m sure because it’s aggravated.
I stick jelly or oil in her vent but it’s hard to make sure it’s on the stick piece without pulling it out and that seems to hurt her. If I pull very lightly she pushes and wines.
Not sure how it’ll come off that way, it’s so stuck.

Well, what I'm thinking/best guess is there is material (Lash?) wrapped or stuck inside the shell gland, etc. And what you are pulling out is that (her insides). She's still pooping, but the intestines connect at the vent.

Does that make any sense at all?

Now how to fix it, I surely don't know!

I'm also at a loss of what else to try. Since we cannot see what's going on inside it makes it hard to know for sure what it is. Lash material can vary in size and scope greatly, some birds entire oviduct is just filled with it and there is no way it can pass. It sometimes has egg material mixed in with it, like malformed shells. One of your original pictures made me suspicious that it might also be tissue, which is why I didn't suggest trying to remove it by pulling gently. I would not want to do more damage. If she were mine I think I might take a wait and see approach for a little longer, if she seems happy and comfortable, eating and drinking and pooping, in the hopes that it might pass. But if she starts to go down hill, then I would probably end it rather than let her suffer. If you decide to wait, I would still try to keep it moist. Below is a picture of the reproductive system, which may help, as you can see if the entire oviduct is filled with the material there is no way it can all be passed, and you can see where the shell gland is, which may be the issue as suggested.
