Desperatly Need Help- Lash Egg Stuck to Vent

Pics
I just treated one of mine with a huge lash egg stuck in her vent. I soaked her butt in Epson salt water, and I squeezed the vent. the first night I got a tiny amount of matter out . Since she's a small bantam, I gave her a 0.1 sub-q injection of penG for 4 days.I soaked her vent daily on day 3 after a soak, I was able to squeeze the large lash egg out of her vent. It was really inflamed and large before and after I did that, however, it's now day 5 and she's back to normal, and I put her back in the coop this evening.Idk or care if she lays anymore eggs, she's my favorite little chicken, and I'll let her live out her life here, as a pet if need be. Just putting this out here, hoping it might help someone with the same problem.

*update she's doing well, no eggs yet, but no poppy yucky butt, and she seems fine.
