Did it pip the wrong end?? Can you post a pic?

Temps just slightly cool during hatching is fine, better than risking a temp spike... watch that closely, those LG's can be finicky...

i did pic a little to see if i could open the hole but found the bloos so stopped

Did it zip, or did you take off some shell?

Can you see the bill? Is it clear to breath? Is it breathing?

it hasnt zipped i took a little off saw blood and stopped it made the hole im not sure if im seeing the bill i think it is there is membrane covering it

right in the middle is the membrane covering the bill i will send a differant pic maybe it will show better

So it pipped the hole through the shell, but didn't break through the membrane?

Run your finger over the membrane and find the bill, it will be the one hard lump and might even feel a sharp spot from the egg tooth... slit the membrane over the bill and use qtips to make sure it is clear... is risky since it will probably bleed a bit, but if it can't get air it will suffocate at this point...

ok found the bill it is breathing pretty good the membraine seems a little dry is it supposed to be like that? the humidity is about 50%right now with me opening the bator
