Looks like that's about right if the curvature, measuring from the bottom of one side to the bottom of the other is 16', but I just don't know the answer to that. You could buy four or five rolls and see how far it takes you, then you'll have a good idea how much more you need. I'm sure of one thing though: chicken wire is not strong enough to keep determined predators out; it's really only good for keeping chickens IN.
A couple other things:
a) Consider burying about 10"-14" of the mesh downward into the ground all the way around the edge of your run/coop to keep these same predators from digging UNDER the edge.
b) Have a good set of snips to cut the cloth; you'll need them. Once cut, wire tie mesh to your hog panels, and tie the edges where they meet underground at the corners...
Interestingly, we almost used hog panels for a trellis system for growing cucumbers in raised beds, but never did it - that's how I'm somewhat familiar with the panels.
