Looks like there's a bit of Cubalaya and Yokohama mixed in there.

The BRIGHT red bald patches scare me lol it would make me do a double glance every time to make sure they aren’t injured

Yeah, I figure that bald patch is just him being an oriental. I am curious to see how it translates to the Liege crosses. I am wondering if they’ll take on the full feathers of the Liege. I have speculated that the tight, patchy, feathering of orientals may be an inbred trait that quickly goes away when outcrossed to a significantly different family.

So, why would that be, is it about look or heat dissipation, since they're from arid, semi arid or tropical regions or another reason? just curious

There is many reasons, the general look of tightly feathered birds, some standards call for barbless down feathers. Plus like you say it is helpful in the warm climates of asia. And tight, hard feathers are helpful in combat.
