Deworm sick hen in what order?

New sand, water logged sand, got my attention right away! Also, is that blood in her poop?
If a veterinarian or laboratory to have a float test performed on their feces is out of the questions, I'd treat them for coccidiosis. There are several strains of coccidia, not all present with bloody stool, but they're in the soil everywhere around the world. Rain typically brings the one-celled parasite and it's eggs closer to the surface, making it easier to be ingested by your flock... and since it's 'new sand' it may have a different strain than that which your birds are accustomed to. I'd start them on Corid immediately and stop supplementing vitamins (B-vitamins) while treating them for coccidiosis and resume vitamin supplementation after the course of treatment. Amprolium (Corid) won't harm them or their environment in any way whatsoever, and you don't need to hold off on consuming their eggs or meat afterward.

I just picked up the Corid today and will start treatment. Yes she had some blood in her poop overnight.

By the time the vet opens on Monday, the birds will have been treated, so it may not be worth the money for a fecal float by then.

Yeah the sand was wet for days, and we just put it in the run a week ago, so the timing is suspicious.

I put Wazine in the water today, wondering if I can still do the Corid drench today? I’m leaning toward yes since I’m concerned for her sudden change in health.

Yes you can give her the Corid while you are treating for the worms, it won't hurt to direct dose her with the Corid today, then continue with the Corid water for the rest of the treatment period.

Daisy does seem to be doing a little better today and her comb and face are a bit pinker. I saw her eat and she’s a little more active. I put the Corid in the water today and gave her a drench last night, and will do that again for another day or 2.
For the pic, the one on the left was her yesterday and the one on the right is her this morning. Hopefully she continues to improve!!

I'm glad to hear she's feeling a bit better today!
Corid is usually given for 5-7 days, so I would go at least 5 days.
 
Update on Daisy: although her color was looking better, her urates started becoming yellow and her stool was loose. I ended up taking her to the vet today, and an ultrasound showed a soft shelled egg high up in the oviduct. Bloodwork was fairly unremarkable. She was given SMZ-TMP antibiotic and metacam for pain and inflammation.
I’m anxious about how she will do, she’s my little sweetie and I feel she’s a fighter. I really hope she can pass this egg soon and doesn’t need surgery. Will update when there’s news. I love my little girl!!
