Dewormer for chickens and dog?

Just wondering if there might be a dewormer that was safe for both. My dog drinks out of the chicken water a lot of times and my birds are free-range so no way to lock the whole flock of 50+ up. The dog could probably use a round of dewormer so if there was anything I could put in the water for both would be a win win

I recommend that you keep your dog away from drinking treated water for your birds. Whatever wormer you use, the dosage requirements are different between them.
