There was another thread about DH not being thrilled with some development or other. The general consensus was meet him at the door with his favorite piza a beer wearing your birthday suit. Unhappiness forgotten.
My neighbors never had a problem with thiers either until an owl got in there and killed 30 chickens in one fell swoop! It's never a problem, until it's a problem.
