Di method?

Hi,
Just received 10 chicks in the mail, sadly only five made it. I called the hatchery and they recommended egg yolk and start sulfa. I have a big bottle of Di Methox 12.5% but I am unsure of the dosage. I guess the chicks are 3 days old... Any ideas on the proper dosage for their water?

Give it 4 days straight, make it fresh daily. Here's a link with dosages:
