Diagnosing a growth?

I have the sweetest little pullet who is six weeks old. She is a Buff-laced Polish crossed with a Millie Fleur d'uccles. She has a growth right under her lower portion of her beak. Has anyone experienced this? Any idea how to help her? She’s ok now but it’s grown as she grows.

Doesn’t appear to be hindering her but she does stop and itch it on occasion.

It feels soft but almost like it’s attached to something long in her throat. I didn’t get a great feel of it but I’ll try again later. Of course she’s the gentlest sweetest chick we’ve ever hatched. Walks right up to me, climbs in my lap. She’s so cute!
