Ok. Before I go doing more saving procedures. Can we pleeeasse make sure it's ruptured. It looks incased on one side. But runny on top? Ok what kind pics do you need. I really just was hoping to leave it in that dang cup until morning. Don't get me wrong I want to save this thing. But I want even more not to kill it.

If it's runny, it's probably ruptured. It could be a small tear, so the opposite side could still be encased. This is my opinion, but that does not mean it's right.

If it was my chick I would gently lift him until I could get a better look at whats going on in the bottom of the egg. and investigate. But have the dipped floss ready for sure and have something to blot/pressure like sterile gauze if you have a bleed.
I am pretty sure cochins would be doing the same thing as well ??
