Grr every night..twice a night I get an odd temp spike and nothing in that room changes..my bat or hates me

btw, i din't mean to imply all your knowledge was useless....

I am not offended - I can take a shellacking as well as I can give one.

no knowledge is really useless - its just knowing when to insert it that takes the skill. - i lack that skill on occaison

What day are you on and how high is it spiking?

It is strange and believe me it does suck...thinking about starting up the second bator in the same room to see what happens now that I found it...let it run for a day or two to see if the same spikes happen or not and if not I could carefully transfer the eggs...I'm beginning to think the temp thingy is going out on the first one ....

Day ten .. hit 105 a bit ago...past two nights...once around 8 and then close to 11 the incubator just shots up to 103-105...I adjust it back down get it right and in the morning and all day it stays nice and steady other than those two times
