Sounds like you may have a humidity problem. When you opened them up did they seem shrink wrapped or maybe soggy?
None of them were shrinkwrapped or soggy. My only major problems were a saddle shaped egg and several malpositions.

Just realized I locked my eggs down a day early(17th day) is this ok? Can't see where it would make that big a difference?
OMGLOCKDOWN! air cells look a little small but
I will look again tonight and see if they dropped down ready for hatch yet!! I got this!
