No just the shell cracked. Idk if you can see it in the photo but its cracked halfway around. I don't think it was a pip attempt.

Could it have been broken? Have other chicks already hatched?

If the membrane is still intact, it more than likely wasn't a pip attempt.

If it's alive, you should be able to see some movement. I hope the little guy is ok.

Yes, one other chick hatched and bumped this guy around a bit. I think that is how it got cracked.
