I don't mean to disregard what you're saying, but I would leave the incubator closed and let him decide when it is time to come out. If you take him out, you can cause the membrane to stick to him and smother him to death when the humidity drops from the incubator to room temperature air...
 
I am leaving him alone, I put the peeps brooder up next to the bator and the week old Blue Partrige brahmas are chirping n peckin, lets see if that gives gim some energy!

Now I wish I'd waited longer to check this thread so it would all be over and I wouldn't feel like sitting here waiting instead of out getting work done! Let us know with all the changes, ok?

I'm so sorry about little Tink. She had so little chance to make it, but you sure gave her as much as you could.
