Also how old was she when you could tell she was "potty trained?" How long did it take?Well, I don't exactly know how I did it, but I kept her in a specific area most of the time them allowed her to figure out on her own how to move around, and after a few months she caught on and now she only poops in... The bathtub, which is where I kept her (bad.move.) but I can carry her all around everywhere an let her roam around the whole bathroom whenever and she only poops in the tub. Next time I'm going to do it in a cardboard box though cause my parents are not pleased xD
Aww so sweet , thanks for shareing .Ancona 8 1/2 days old!
Its just a big tub from wallyworld, BIGGEST is always better,so pay the extra 5 bucks for a bigun.... used a utility knife to cute two sections on the top and wire is cut and ziptied, NOTE it would look "cleaner" if I would have ziptied them on the underside of the lid so you cant see the wire edges lol....oh and its nice because I can a book over the top of the one section if I need it warmer! and then I just added a baking pan and one of those baking cooling racks....

Lol!!!!!!!
Awe!!
So she just figured it out on her own? I thought that chickens (like most animals) weren't clean- thinking animals. Would that work on almost all chickens do you think?
OOoooOOh! I say let her try and hatch 'em. I have ZERO knowledge about ducks, but that would be cool to hatch, wouldn't it?
