trying to breathe and just chill out, lol, i just keep second guessing my whole incubation and convincing myaelf they're all dead...

they will hatch and i will feel stupid!!!

I traded Tinsel and Twinkle in for 12 serama eggs! Getting them tomorrow!

Tinsel was my pretty Frizzle Serama and this Lady really wanted a frizzle and I am more partial to a pretty flat feather. Sweet Twinkle was the second roo and I didn't want two roos. This lady needed new blood for her birds. She lives right in my small town! I love my Toy Boy! So I have Toy and Holly Berry. I will take my pick of the hen I want to keep when the eggs are hatched. The beauty of Seramas is you can tell about 3-4 weeks what you have mostly. The little boys get " that stand" and get a red comb going early.

Lol I totally flip out whenever that happens on my first incubation I didn't have a single movement till day 22 lol

I don't think my duck eggs are fertilized... I've been incubating it at 100-102 F with no development at all. Oh well.

Well, my two thermometers in the incubator agree on temp but the one humidity monitor in the bator reads about 10% lower than the one installed in the bator. :/ How do I know which one is right? I am betting my little Zoo Med is right but that's a big difference to start correcting for.

This is from the hatching 101 article.... look at the bottom links to this paragraph, I believe its in there....

CALIBRATION! YES! It’s IMPORTANT!
Calibrate the thermometer you are using for your Incubator. I use 3 thermometers! You need to make sure your thermometer is reading correctly, Even one degree may cause serious problems with your hatch!
A simple method without specialized instruments and knowledge is to compare your thermometer/hygrometer with other devices. If your thermometer (or the one you compare it with) goes at least from 0°C to 100°C then you can also calibrate it with crushed ice. Thermometer should read 32 degrees in a mixture of crushed ice and a little water. If it reads, say, 30 degrees, then you can either adjust the thermometer until it is correct (if the style of the thermometer permits adjustment), or else you will at least know your thermometer reads 2 degrees too cool, so you can adjust your thinking--and your incubator--accordingly.
