Slight deformity, outer toe is straight and wont go out......
IDK if this is still considered curley toe or not, but same treatment.

And Master Cire is ALSO going insane with the constant chatter!
I brought the brooder up so I could keep an eye on them as I found bubba three times yesterday on his back
and couldnt turn around!

After I put vetericyn on his belly and navel I set him in a cup so he could stay upright
he was having a terrible time staying upright with that ball!

Sally you have great patience. I have already proven that I can't handle sickly chicks.

Now what is the best incubator cleaner. I have two stryo bators in need of a good scrubbing and disinfecting. I usually use vinegar and then a bleach water spray. I need these guys as clean as I can get them. I have eggs coming in 2-3 weeks.

I bleach my stuff and wipe the other stuff with a damp rag with light beach

So I am procrastinating letting my chickens out! When I was locking everyone up last night we had a visitor in the trees above. First one I have seen since we moved here, and of course it was 5 pm and the hippy neighbors come driving down their driveway and story ends here.

I will be so upset if I loose a bird to it! I was so torn on the open run idea, I always had chickens in enclosed runs and soooo wanted a huge area for them to wonder so I made a bigger run in the woods and left the top open.
