I am thinking about ordering 3 turkey, now I am confused for meat can I have 3 toms to grow out and then process or will they fight?

Let me first say I know nothing about turkeys....but like with roosters you raise them together they tend to get along unless there are females present then they fight.

Ok, I set these eggs on Saturday, March 9 at 4:30 am. I know, weird time. I thought today is day 18. Am I correct? Well, I've marked air cells on day 14 and then just a minute ago. Some of the air cells haven't changed at all. A few have gotten a good bit larger. Most of these eggs are saddle cells due to shipping. The eggs are 10 seramas and 2 silkies. They all seem to have live chicks that are taking up most of the space in the egg. One looks further behind? One egg has an air cell that has barely changed since day 1. Oddly, it's the only shipped egg that doesn't have a saddle cell. Incubating temps have been holding at 99.5 with only minor .1 or .2 degree fluctuations. Humidity has been kept between 40 and 45 mostly. Sometimes between 45 and 50, never going below 37. Soooo, do I go ahead and lockdown, or should I wait another day? I'm using a Brinsea octagon 20 advance with turner. I have opened the incubator once daily to candle or add a little water. Help?

definitely lock them down, go with what the majority looks likes. my serama hatch days 19 and 20. I am not sure how spot on those incubators are but your sure the thermos had been calibrated?

Air cell growth is pretty good except oddness and the straggler? sometimes you get one that seems to grow but at a small growth rate, not sure on why air cell wouldn't change though, did u sniff it? its alive right? weird!

because of saddling, its impossible to judge air cell development. I use a scale for shipped eggs,

Personally, i would wait till tonight to lock em down! then go for a hike, dig sally's footings or do something to stop you circling the bator until friday

Thanks for the input! I tend to have anxiety issues and these eggs have got my brain doing overtime. They all seem to be alive and no smells that I have noticed. Oh yeah, do I lockdown the eggs on their sides?

Lockdown. Make sure they are all still alive with veining and/or movement first.
